Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
21 June 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transactions made by Kate Seljeflot, Chief People Officer (a PDMR), which occurred on 19 June 2023.
Kate exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan. Kate exercised a total of 107,940 options and sold 51,038 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. The remaining 56,902 shares were retained.
The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the notifiable transaction.
