Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme
Employee SAYE scheme and PDMR shareholding
DFS Furniture PLC, ("DFS" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has today granted share options to a PDMR and eligible employees of the Company under the Company's HMRC approved Save as You Earn scheme ("SAYE").
The SAYE 2020 plan ("2020 Plan") was open to all eligible employees of the Company, as defined in the rules of the SAYE scheme. Pursuant to the scheme, the Company has granted options over 3,032,379 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ("SAYE 2020 Options").
The SAYE 2020 Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE, of £1.62 per share. The SAYE 2020 Options will normally vest and become exercisable over a 3 year vesting period from the date of grant and can be exercised within six months following vesting. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
DFS has granted options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 27 November 2020 2020 to the following Director under the SAYE Share Option Scheme

DFS's SAYE Share Option Scheme was formally launched on 16 November 2015 and made available to all permanent UK & ROI employees.
The Notification of Dealing Forms set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
