 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 1 December 2015 that Adrian Hennah, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Shares on the same day at a price of £62.9857 per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Hennah's shareholding has increased to 36,851 Shares, representing 0.0052% of the Company's total voting rights.
