It's good to speculate... my research suggest to me we will see a good recovery in the price to around 3000d by the end of Q2
I'M not a expert on such matters though, but saying that I called right at the end of 2020 when I said all eyes should be on zulu the price of lithium is about to take off.
At that time many on here we're getting excited about a few scraps of gold GR had found in Mozambique... and one or two member on here said Zimbabwe is a despot country with high inflation and political unrest we should dump the zim assets.
Right I'm off to plant some garlic.

EV production in areas slowed down temporarily because of the impending economic recession and EV is far more expensive for people to pay the price now but this is only a transition in some countries but the future is EV and the future demand for Li batteries is enormous . The world is determined to achieve net zero..
Prem as what” GR”said will be the bigger Li producer in Zimbabwe…
The people who are currently underwater have lost no money until they sell their shares..
Some posters coming out shouting we have lost so and so percentage of our investment in prem are simply amateurs and don’t comprehend that share prices goes up and down and more gyrations in Aim market…
We have lost 0 money until we sell and this applies to any investor in other shares too.
I repeat this ..Paper loss is not real money loss until you sell but it’s the nature of investing in high risk assets like shares..
Prem is now in prime position imo and only needs tweaking for the next couple of months..

Thanks Acker!
You are right Acker, as soon as they pushed the 2030 deadline back to 2035 the oil barrons where rubbing there hands together.
Unfortunately the oil shares will fly again before the EV's lining the already mega rich pockets.

Agreed Acker, but sales do increase in Q1 especially in china and they drive the price of spodumene up.

The market for the EV has slowed down.
The exceptional figures posted 2/3 years ago were not sustainable.
There are countless reasons why the rate of EV expansion has slowed.
Miners taking the maintenance option or reducing output should help but in reality, the market is out of kilter.
Acker
The sale of EVs is generally low at this time of the year they tend to pickup in Q1 if last year is anything to go by.
Wolf
The sales of EV's have slowed.
The past 2/3 years have witnessed exceptional growth, not sustainable.
Many, many factors come into play, just not selling enough.

Clueless-1
The word on the street is that further falls are expected so you will appreciate it is a little difficult to compute Zulu economics.
Once the spodumene price stabilises then the equation becomes a little more credible.
When I do my calculations I work on a Canmax discount of 15% so currently the spodumene has a value of $1406.
Production costs must be slashed,a good point was made yesterday that when production is running costs will fall from the current $1500.
I am concerned about the margins.
Acker
Jaglith, those stockpiles are at the refinery's not with the miners.
Wolf - those stockpiles are constantly being replenished by companies that produce lithium. Prem was supposed to be one of those. With the current management team and contractors that will not be the case.
Give it time Acker we are not in production yet... By the time we are, let's hope the price of spodumene has reversed and the price of diesel has gone down.
Wolf
Acker, any idea what the break even price would need to be taking into consideration any Canmax discount?
SP will react before we hear anything :(
Wolf
I fail to see anything positive in a falling price for our product.
Acker
Thanking their time been 2 weeks for them to respond
Have to admit his rants make me smile now, just glad he's banned on this board.
It was watcher36 that said it... he's despised on the Kodal BB just as much as he was on here.
PJ, There has been so many posters on both sides that stick the boot in when ever they can, KOD has it's own issues and a long wait for the SP to climb back past .70, a lot of people believed it would rocket on the funding but didn't realise it was already priced in. Most are frustrated like we are here and the rampers are being found out or have disappeared. That's aim for you i guess.
Have you seen the rhetoric from KODAL ,they can't wait for us to go under , then they can corner the market .
They give us 3 months, this is from a company that hasn't laid a brick down yet. We had problems with Zimbarbwe
Govt , the Mali govt might have another view closer time of production ,like to see how they get on .
Disgruntled OUT
