Today is the last possible chance to call an EGM and have time to secure the additional headroom required to ensure sufficient funding to see the project through commissioning and secure enough funds to ensure George Roach receives the contractual repayment of his loan.

The fact that they didn't utilise the opportunity of a higher share price earlier is perhaps indicative of the fact that they had hoped the consistent attempts to push up the share price were initially working, however they missed the opportunity.

Kenny certainly put in more than a day's worth of work yesterday, hogging the board. I still expect the RNS to be released today announcing the EGM and possible further consolidation.

As for the raise, perhaps the city has finally had enough and just aren't willing to part with the cash, however the most likely scenario, in order to secure the best price, would be a morning RNS today, if they dont release the fundraise news then I think the share price will slip below 0.02 over today's session and despite the critical financial situation the company finds itself in right now, if the share price drops below 0.02 then im fearful that the headroom request will be much much larger that the 60 billion mentioned by Acker.

Tomorrow is my preferred option especially with the presence of numerous new posters to the forum with a clear lack of understanding of the business but repeated claims of many multiples from here.

The recent social media postings from the company suggest that progress is indeed being made and that's a good thing but it doesn't negate the inherent problems that the company face, which i have previously outlined. Those problems are so significant that they cannot be ignored, yet those new names and indeed the old names refuse to consider the implications.

I've openly stated previously that I believe this company has potential and I've openly stated that im willing to invest £100k into the company as and when I feel the time is right. That time is not now, until they can confirm a fully functioning plant and confirm steady state production of a saleable product at volume then it's just a binary play which for me is just too much of a risk. The placing will happen at a discount, and the new names did a good job today getting the price up but it didn't stop the sellers getting out. Once the final headroom has been utilised and the Egm called we'll have a better picture about where things stand both financially and with the plant. I still believe theres a lot more pain to come for shareholders before im willing to part with my money and invest here. I'm confident with my research and knowledge of the company over the many years I've been following and trading. Right now it's still not a viable investment opportunity nor is it worth a trade until the placing is done and the current headroom exhausted and the financial issues are resolved. . After that i may dip in for a trade but won't be an investor until my investment criteria are met.

NellyB the problem with that RNS which i challenged at the time was that George did not say how much had been produced, the fact that whatever they produced was never sold suggests it wasn't much.

Steward, the only people that need to make decisions this week are shareholders. It's highly likely (imho) that there will be another raise this week or next utilising the remaining headroom. That gives them enough money to last until the end of May.

June is the big month. They dont have the headroom to raise enough to complete commissioning and meet debt obligations and theres an additional £1.7 million owed to George by 21st June which, having looked at the numbers quoted, I dont believe has been accounted for.

Asher,whilst they may want the SP higher before any placing, it will most certainly continue to fall. The contractors payments and placee shares still need to be churned through.

Keep buying and providing the liquidity for the contractors and placees to exit their positions or hold fire and wait for the opportune moment to invest.

I've said before that I believe in the resource and I do think this company will come good but not before late Q3 early Q4. There's plenty saying buy now as the SP is rock bottom, I dont think it is, I think it's will drop to 0.001 range before the end of Q2 as there will most likely be teething problems with the plant. The time to invest and still be able to make money is once the plant has confirmed sustained production at grade, the volume will come eventually if they're successful and there's money to be made at that stage. Right now too many risks, it's just a binary gamble and whatever Snowking or others tell you, you can still lose everything here or certainly the majority of what you put in.

I agree wholeheartedly that "Manipulating others for your own profit is shameful" and it's clear that the bulls are guilty of this through their manipulation in the telegramp groups whereby they disallowed any negative views, Snowking being one of the key manipulators along with a couple of others, one of whom was found out and challenged on his lies and collaboration with Stark to spread misinformation. They were a cabal and only Snowking remains after the others were ousted.

I'm not sure why some are testing to spin this as good news. It's all part of the $13.4 million that Graham advised was needed, what they've done today is issue shares for some debts Thatcham become a priority.

Still leaves them between £4 million and £6 million short of their required funding to get through to July.

The call for another EGM will have to come within the next 10 days. How many more shares will he ask for? How big will the consolidation be?

The raise was expected and done now but comes nowhere near enough to meet the budgetary requirements laid out by the companybto complete the commissioning process, by my current maths it's a little over £4 million of the required funding assuming they can utilise the remaining headroom at today's closing price.

There are many difficult questions that need to be asked and the company needs to answer these questions both publicly and officially, a stockbox interview will have no merit, as we all know ow through experience with George's wild claims.

On the subject of George, his loan of about £1.7 million is due for repayment on 21st June. Is that repayment part of the budgeted amount?

If it is then they're only about £2.5 million short, still not an insignificant amount.

The one and onlybquestion shareholders need an answer to is h ow does Graham propose to achieve the targets the company have budgeted for when they're between £2.5 million and £5 million (if some are to believed) short of the required financing.

That's it. A simple question and an answer to it will provide the market and shareholders with everything they'll need to know going forwards.

Anything else is mere speculation and as things stand im still speculating on the side of failure.

Hike, I'd also suggest you revisit the prepayment agreement and update yourself on when it "kicks in" and it's not when the plant is switched on or even when it starts to produce SC6

Hike, I'm not overlooking anything, the company made it very clear how much money they would need to complete the required works and commissioning of the plant whilst also covering legacy debts and day to day salaries, contractor payments, bills etc.

As things stand they're £5 million short of being able to meet those obligations.

The £1 million cash injection you say is there to finish the job, doesn't come anywhere close to PREMs own costed funding to "finish the job" they're still around £5 million short and don't have the capacity to raise even half of what they themselves have stated they require to "finish the job"

NASA1, someone investing a significant amount of money into a company doesn't translate as that company being guaranteed to perform well going forwards. Take a look at Mr Deacons other TR1 notifications are they all doing well since his investment?. James Goozee invested over £1 million in PREM when the share price was at an equivalent to 2p in today's money following consolidation. It didn't turn out too well for him.

Until PREM have sorted out the required financing to complete the commissioning process at Zulu, anyone investing will see a constant drop in the value of their investment. The numbers quoted by Snowking are pie in the sky optimistic speculation and bear no resemblance to the current reality.

Unfortunately in the interviews Graham is never asked the challenging questions about finance, why? Because Prem pay Stockbox for that publicity and PREM control the narrative. If you ask the company directly you don't get an answer. There's a whole lotnof difficult questions that shareholders should be asking of the board especially around the financing. As it stands right now they're still £5 million short of being able to complete the process. They need more than 1.25 times the current MCAP before the end of June. That's a massive dilution and there's NO white Knight or major player ready to offer that kind of cash.

Snowking, you may be right and they need £4 millionth get through to June, let's see if they can raise that amount.

After yesterday's placing, the company has available 18,564,379,931 shares available.

To raise £4 million after costs would require a raise of around £4.4 million but let's just work on £4 million before costs.

Using all the currently available headroom to raise the £4 million that you think they'll need would require a raise at 0.0215p

If I'm correct (using Grahams clearly stated funding requirement) and they need £5 million that raise would have to be at 0.027p.

Both of these amounts say to me that they do not have the capacity to raise sufficient funding to complete the process

TR1 holders lose money just as much as none TR1 holders do when a company goes under. A larger investment from individuals or institutions is no guarantee that a company will succeed. James Goozee invested in excess of £1 million in PREM and lost a mighty large chunk of that money that he invested yet the same quotes were coming out back when his TR1 came out, "Goozee k ows what he's doing" "you don't invest a million knowing you're not going to make money" etc etc.

Commissioning and optimisation are dependant on funding. The company has openly stated exactly what that commissioning and optimisation will cost along with othe required expenditure. The figure the came up with $13.4 million or about £9.8 million.

What they've raised and what they're able to raise going forwards will leave them around £5 million short of what they costed and planned to get the commissioning and optimisation completed.

The cold hard figures are there in black and white.

Independant analysts and journalists have confirmed the same in publicly available articles.

They cannot fund the plant through to completion of commissioning and optimisation and certainly cannot fund the company to the end of Q2.

Graham, it would appear, has taken a leaf out of George's playbook and doing his best to pump up the SP.

I'd suggest anyone buying now prepare themselves for further bad news discount placings every couple of weeks until the headroom is used up and then an EGM call before the end of Q2 for another 50 billion shares and yet another consolidation of 100:1.

If you do the research there's way too many red flags to invest right now, anyone doing so is merely betting heads on the flip of a coin, right now that coin has 2 tails until they can find the £5 million they need.
