Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Jaguar, I wish you luck and I hope that you're not banking your family future on this. Future production isn't likely in the near future. The recent video from George was a precursor to another raise. The key equipment to get the plant producing viable quantities are the sorters and they are far from being in a position to work.
I'm not shorting this, I've never shorted a share in my life, I consider it to be immoral and should be illegal. That said I don't think you could get the borrow to short PREM in the traditional sense despite there being 30 billion shares in issue, I don't use any of the spread betting platforms so perhaps one could open a short position on one of those platforms.
Jaguar I am invested in PREM, however I feel it prudent to point out the inaccuracies in statements made by the ultra fan cult members here. The worst case scenario is not that pointed out by Nelly. Whilst George has historically never failed to raise sufficient working capital, there'll come a time when the market will not support his requests for funding and then the inevitable death spiral financing will come into play. I'm not saying that will happen but it's imperative that he gets Zulu into production of saleable product in sufficient quantities very very soon otherwise I'm afraid that will be the end of PREM. I think Canmax know this and rather than turn the screws and pile on the pressure, they're happy to allow George to be the master of his own downfall.
Nelly, the worst case scenario is that PREM fails to generate any revenue over the next few weeks / months and is unable to raise further funds to continue as a solvent entity and Canmax get Zulu in lieu of the debts owed to them.
Snowking, if PREM cannot produce and ship within the next 3 to 6 months what will the market cap be? How will George be able to pay the contractors and all the other bills if the company has no revenue? Companies that don't generate revenue can only survive for so long after which, no matter what agreements are in place with the customers, the become insolvent and cease trading. That's when the assets are sold for pennies in the pound to satisfy the creditors. The long stop date and associated agreement is a distraction and an irrelevance.
Bigdaddy, I'll reiterate, I am not nor have I ever been a member of the telegramp group. I'm flattered that you've felt the need to go through my posting history for the last 6 months, you clearly have nothing better to do with your life. Like Ellis, I'd suggest you learn how to read and interpret the English language, at no point have I ever stated I was a member of that group. Is it any wonder that the "cult" are unable to understand what George says in an RNS when they take everything so literally. Perhaps you and Ellis could get together and provide some comfort to each other, perhaps go through all the old PREM rns releases and try and understand what was actually stated against your interpretations and what actually transpired subsequently.
Elliselblow, I don't know how many times I can say this, I certainly cannot make it any simpler in English. I am not in the group, I do not need to be in the group to read the messages contained within the group. If you are unable to grasp that concept then I'm afraid there is absolutely no hope for you to succeed in life.
Snowking now sharing inside information with the telegramp group. Or is it just another of his ruses to inflate the share price ahead of the placing. Either way its unethical, possibly illegal, if he has bought or sold any shares since his conversation with George.

Steward, that's a bit unfair, George has always managed to get a placing away, perhaps that's what Snowking is referring to, he had a chat with him yesterday and is probably aware of the upcoming raise (perhaps an open offer to placate the inevitable disappointment from the cult) and trying to get the price up so he can profit from it.
Hasiba, the funds already raised won't last much longer, if they haven't already been exhausted. George has yet to issue shares to China Zenith, he has yet to issue shares to Goddards and there's also the matter of having his loan repaid. This video is nothing more than a PR exercise to whip the cult into a frenzy and attempt to get the share price up so that further funds can be raised for "day to day operations"
Mugwump, one does not need to be a member of the group to view the posts
Nelly what lies have I told? I've voiced an opinion, an opinion that ever since I started posting on PREM has pretty much been proven to be accurate. Please enlighten me about the lies I have told. The only liar here is George and nobody an refute that fact. He has released RNS after RNS in which he has blatantly lied to shareholders about the state of the plant at Zulu, he has held numerous conference calls with shareholders in which he has blatantly misled. More fool you for believing him

Apology accepted
Sorry to disappoint you Elliselblow, I am not nor have I ever been a member of the telegramp group.
Most likely after close on Friday, George does like an after hours Friday bad news RNS
The email:
"Lloyd,
The situation with delivery and sale of product from Zulu has little bearing on the status of the pre-payment agreement. I am at site and every member of this team is working night and day 24/7 to bring recoveries to target levels. I am confident we are getting there but it is taking time and the legacy from Stark will take a long time to fully work through. It needs patience, I am sorry to say. I plan an update later this week"
There you have it all is not well at Zulu and the bad news will be broken some time soon.
Elliselblow, my apologies for my blatant deception, the email doesn't state at any point 6 months, it does state "a long time" and given George's interpretation of what "hours and days" are 6 months for "a long time" is probably being a bit generous. As for DEB borrowing from his parents to buy PREM shares that's exactly right, he did indeed get money from "the bank of mum and dad" to fund his PREM addiction.
Sprint I'd suggest you do some research before parting with your hard earned cash, ALGW is a main market listed share. I post on this board not to save people from themselves but to highlight the immense risks that are inherent with anyone buying PREM shares. Everyone is free to spend their money as they see fit however one should be cautious and informed when it comes to investing in PREM, potential reward is high but the risk is significantly higher and on balance it's a pure gamble on red or black right now. Anyone with any knowledge of how George works knows that the lack of updates, official and via social media would suggest all is not well at Zulu. The telegramp group are hysterical about an email allegedly from George suggesting a possible 6 month delay before any significant production, which if is the case then you can look forward to another discounted placing followed quickly by an EGM for another 10 billion headroom increase.
Sprint your money is yours to spend how you see fit, if uou do want to buy some ALGW I'd suggest you buy sooner rather than later and by app means post away on the ALGW chat, I'll gladly debate with you there, if your friend DazedandConfused had bought shares rather than try and be clever (which they clearly aren't) he'd be sitting on a very healthy profit of about 75% right now with much much more to come this week. I look forward to your insights on the company based on the facts that are in the public domain, the market clearly sees ALGW as a buy right now, much less so PREM
Nelly i post where and when I feel the knowledge I have would be worthwhile. For example your friend DazedandConfused continually suggested that members here post on the ALGW board where I'm invested and haven't posted for some time as there was nothing to say. I made a comment yesterday as good news was released. I'll comment as I see fit
Bit of a reality check needed by some people here. I note the new names go_ly_dow seems familiar. As undervalued as we are, ALGW isn't getting to 10p anytime soon, there a massive positives from the accounts which should see significant progress for the company and consequently for the share price. I've only had a cursory look at the accounts as I'm in NZ meeting clients but will have a proper look this evening, initial thoughts are excellent with caveats. Could this be a turning point for ALGW? Possibly, more than likely, I'm gonna get into the accounts and confirm my suspicions but right now I'm a happy Caroline
