You’re right on the interest call, that caught us all out and was very badly timed and inconsiderate.

So you’re not thinking a demand for immediate payment in full then, but discussions regarding a repayment schedule as per the Goddard agreement?

Tyranin made a pretty logical argument for him not to and I’m favouring/hoping for that scenario. Prem hasn’t got £1.7m, hasn’t the wherewithal to get £1.7m anytime soon so what’s in it for GR to do this? it’s certainly not his money back, nor the chance to steal Zulu back as he’s too far down the creditor queue, his appreciable shareholding would be worth nothing, like the rest of us, it just makes no sense. I’ve stated before I think it’s the least he can do to wait until in full commercial production before even talking about structuring a repayment schedule.

If, as many people are suggesting, the drop in SP is prescient to a less than positive RNS tomorrow, I am doubly disappointed, not only in the RNS, but also in the indication that the Prem board has once again become leaky to shareholders in the know, to the gross disadvantage of the regular retail investors.

I had hoped GH had managed to control his loose lipped board members in this respect but the indication would be that he has lost control of them, more GR traits appearing sadly.

Raaydaar- you say contractors selling shares at a small profit as if it’s a bad thing, they need liquidity to pay wages, and why are you so worried about a 100:1 consolidation? It’s only an issue when done by companies in free fall which Prem, at the moment, isn’t.

Martinigirl- don’t you think that the potential gains for private investors taking the plunge now, or after the much expected placing or EGM call, will potentially be far greater than waiting until the plant is in steady state production?

I appreciate that the risk of an absolute loss is far less at that stage but the gains will similarly be small if any, the Kodal SP despite production seems to be just fluctuating without appreciable gains.

I’m with Hasiba on this, the directors are already drawing a salary for their work. If it all turns out well and the share price is 0.36p when, either through time or production levels being reached, the directors can buy their £18,500 worth and immediately sell them for 10x that, a nice bonus for simply doing what you are already being paid to do🤷🏻‍♂️

Why do the shareholders not get the opportunity to vote on these awards at an EGM?

GR did the self same thing as part of his self engineered ramptastic rise to 1.02p knowing full well he was conning us all with his 🐂 💩 and then pocketed the shares without meeting the production threshold he’d falsely set.

My only hope is GH is a far more honourable, respectable trustworthy human being, but for me, that trustworthiness just took a bit of a hit.

I’m sure there will be many on here who will shoot me down, but I would also think there are an equal number quietly seething. Open to this board to discuss.

If I’m reading this right, I would have liked the options price to have been far greater than .036p by 2029, that’s not even twice today’s price. The SP needs to be way north of 0.2p by then to give many long term holders much chance of seeing their money back🤔

The least GR can do by way of recompense to the long term holders would be wait until the plant is in steady state production before coming cap in hand.

Interesting that water is being pumped through both the old and new flotation plants are currently, so not just writing off the originals which may ultimately boost production levels if Xinhai can get them to work.
