As a naive investor fooled into believing the information in RNS’s have to in all likelihood be true, I have a genuine question, what do members of this forum think the share price is likely to be 2nd April 2025? Do Prem have to issue shares and simply give them to Canmax leading to huge dilution how does this transaction work?

Thanks Jag and Martini, an interesting exchange, both of you having to rethink your stances- Jaglith you were suggesting GR was close to delisting then admitted it would be pretty difficult, Martinigirl. saying delisting was easy then recognising also it would be nigh on impossible. So I think we can rule out delisting then. Back to the same issue of finding cash to ‘do a test run’ or in George’s speak ‘do f-all and allow the shareholders to go to Hell in a hand cart’

That sounds pretty bad from our point of view, the final, painfultwist of the knife, and we can do nothing about it.

Martinigirl - thanks for the explanation. Can’t understand where the advantage is to GR unless it gives him more autonomy/dictatorship than he’s already got, but he’d still have no functional plant and no money and what would Canmax think about that , more force majeur?

How easy is it for George to delist the company and take it private without buying out existing shareholders Jaglith?

The greedy b***ard has another 12,300,000,000 to burn his way through to keep paying his and his cronies salaries whilst achieving f**k all with the company except filling his recycling bin with bottles, and he’s got the front to try to mask it as on going expenses or however it was phrased. This is theft in plain sight, and there’s nothing we shareholders can do about it as we gave him the 15,000,000,000 shares on the promise of a test run.

Love or hate he/she Raaydaar/Martinigirl has called this more accurately than anyone else, shares or no shares🤷🏻‍♂️ Credit where credit is due.

The chairman is just George’s buddy and puppet, no chance of him doing anything. We need a completely unrelated industry proven CEO to pull this off, any appointment GR makes would just be another of his cronies, we’re relying on Canmax to make a stand and turn the project in the right direction, they must surely have some good contacts.

Can’t wait for the Stockbox interview on the last few RNS’s. Let’s see GR grin and cough his way through that. Realistically I’m not holding my breath, even The ‘Roach can’t bluff his way out of this s**t show.

Having listened to interview I have no more confidence in him than previously. GR is a serial liar and confidence trickster, he claims he’s too honest😂😂😂 he’s so used to lying that he doesn’t know he’s doing it himself. When will he realise that he is more of a problem than the horrendously designed plant? Mark asked some good questions but GR clearly wasn’t listening and simply repeated the guff he’s spouted before. Mark’s suggestion he should run the plant to prove it’s worth before making the open offer is good business sense the offer could then be at a premium, but no, GR says they have to be concurrent not consecutive, could this be because the lenders want the security of access to more shareholders money before releasing funds?

Didn’t we pay 20m to circum/ vortex, why can’t he sell those shares to raise funds?
