Didn’t we pay 20m to circum/ vortex, why can’t he sell those shares to raise funds?

Even they have run out of things to bicker about without any ‘news’ from GR or even a social media photo releases. The long term holders are also getting weary of the constant down trodden outlook, come on PD101, give us one of your rallying posts to make us all smile - or laugh .

Last year George boldly announced, after the accounts, that it was the last time the accounts would show nil revenue. Well guess what, here we are again, 1 whole year later hugely diluted, share price on its a**e and GR still being economical with anything approximating to the truth, unless you’re one of the inner circle getting the facts way before the embroidered version is released to the peasant private investors. On the plus side the sun is shining in East Yorkshire for a change so not all bad🙂

We all have to be optimistic here, after all George told us a while ago that Zulu would be producing technical grade SC7 🤥 (yer right, another of GRs fantasies) so now we just wait for the announcement and off we go👍🏻 just 4 bag from here and I’ve broken even, no problems

Morning Acker- do you think the call for an EGM could be stretched until after the scrubbers are commissioned in July which should raise the SP before a further placing?

10 billion shares placed at 0.06p nets us £6m for 30% dilution🤦🏻‍♂️

Acker- I’m sure you’ve done the maths, £7.5m at placing value of say 0.12p would be 6.25billion shares, a dilution of 20%! The shareholders are getting eliminated COPL style.

Not necessarily a bad thing as he, more often than not, further tanks the SP, with his economy with the truth and insinuation of further delays

Snowing- what are these ‘scrubbers’ you speak of? It’s the first time I’ve heard them mentioned. How much are they going to cost and what is the lead time?

Sadly I would expect the oil cartels to have already come to an agreement not to bid against each other, for a suitable sweetener of course .☹️

I’m not his biggest fan. I think with better focused and honest decision making we would be far better off. However, having listened to the sometimes bumbling Q&A , I feel he deserves some credit. For a man of his age to be trying to keep a handle on all the things that Premier has going on; Zulu development, plant management and commissioning, major dispute with Stark, liaising with several OEMs, working on Mutare, considering DMS with JV, scouting EPO for further ground, working through Zimbabwe’s ever changing rules and regulations, keeping Canmex on side, not to mention RHA, MNH etc, …… that for me is a big list. As he said, as with eating an elephant, it has to be done one spoonful at a time. Perhaps a bit of advice, get some reliable, industry experienced board members, delegate tasks to them and take a break to watch your £8m invested multi bag.

I’m a pragmatic yes, not ideal but the alternative is worse.🤷🏻‍♂️
