By my reckoning if GR called an EGM, realistically he’d be wanting to raise £5m, that’s a further 25billion shares or a further 50% dilution @ .02p placing, who the hell is going to vote for that? I can’t see Canmax supporting it. He needs to use what little cash he’s currently got to get the plant turned on . Jagliths assertion that it’s costing £500k per month will be way off initially as there must be stockpiled material on the the ROM pad to get going with before Goddards have to get back in the pit surely, if not, what were Goddards being paid to do whilst the plant has been shut down since last July, where have all these debts come from?

Hasiba - much as I wish to wholly agree with you, I think Canmax and Glencore have still tasked GR with getting the plant running and producing as, no doubt, he had promised them he could. So we’re no further on, they’ve called his bluff leaving him to it, and why should he suddenly be able to do it now after 2 years of abject failure? I’m a LTH with a substantial holding but still managing my own expectations, too early u to I allow myself to dream and still a substantial risk I feel .

Wolframite- I think GR would have called an EGM if he thought he had any chance of getting more headroom but I suspect Canmax have said they wouldn’t support him so no point. It’s JV and LOI or bust .

Jag - 18000000 is only £5k chicken feed in the grand scheme of things, and you know it, indicates nothing at all, so not worth highlighting.

Ricky - if Canmax allow a buy out with a JV, does that mean they no longer get Spod at discount?

I'm very sceptical too Clueless, still, he's now only got 30 days to prove it if I'm reading the RNS right. Without proof this plant works whose going to JV with us and without the cash and the 22 days needed to run it how does that work?

Willec - you seem to be overlooking the massive dilution there’s has been since the heady days of 1.02p

This saga will never be at an end while ever GR has something left to be in charge of, only bankruptcy or GR resignation does this end.
