I hope he’s right, for once 😆 good stuff ando
So, deffo Monday then? You sound very confident. I think that many here are willing (factoring in your sizable investment?) to take your word, so let's hope you're right. Given the current wider market, we poor PIs need a big Saturn V rocket booster!
They are worth less than 2p.........theres your 60 x bagger right there....lol
In a more ligh hearted note, if you want to make easy cash, visit sri lankan and bring home as many 5 rupee coins as possible, they are identical in size to a £1 coin and are accepted in all machines....lol
i do not condone the above, nor am i saying fraudulent activity is good, nor have i ever did this lol, lol.
I wholeheartedly apologise to all investors on this board if I raised hope for an RNS this week, in my defence all I can say is I was fully expecting one as its ready. I can only assume timing of Base Resource news this week meant perhaps we couldn't maximise market impact.
For the record my record of "predictions" far outweigh this timing slip.
* I predicted an earlier Friday RNS when none was expected.
* i predicted big incoming investment
* i predicted increased leadership team after hiring of senior HR individuals
*I am predicted increased resource approval to 20m this is incoming.
* I am predicting an RNS when we hit about 20/25p circa. 80million mcap, declaring that we have recently "discovered"rich vein of "iiridium" worth addition 25m per annum in offtake.
* I predict that M&A experts from USA companies with look to TO when the above materialise.
* I informed all that USA will aggressively attack this resource and look to buy as much as possible globally.
Not too bad for a BSter.
I don't mind the banter and getting called out but show a bit of respect, you can be as cheeky as you like when you are holding more than me, good luck.
We all want to make money
I'm telling you we will
DYOR
Have a good weekend fellow miners.
Monday then? Never thought that this would take the full 60 days as Sheffield will already have done much of the DD to buy 10% of CMET in the first place. LB will already have done its DD as well - that would have been largely completed before end of 2023. What do you think?
Ah sorry , was maybe unclear below. I meant if anything breaks on a Friday afternoon, which Ando was still hinting at, I'd eat my hat and take 10 days off here.
Its only my opinion but I dont expect anything in April.
Interesting, if it is today what makes you think there will be a 10 day break?
Have to say got slightly excited seeing SR announce a “cleansing notice” but was to do with some share issue so wouldn’t think connected to CMET
Nothing is being announced today, if it is I'll take a 10 day break.
Ando is the proverbial broken clock.
This afternoon then? Hope you're right... market needs to be open surely?
The day is but young oh hasty youngster. The best things come to those who wait. Patience is a virtue young timer.
In May.
Right Ando, whats the excuses today? Or is it still in the pipeline for later on?
Later this morning perhaps, or Monday?
I'll be on here at 7:01am mate, hope you are 2/3 tomorrow.
It's a fantastic resource they have, with a Government on their side. One of the two surely has to snap this potential up asap.
Hey parker.......im 50% or 1 outta 2....i called a friday RNS about 6 weeks ago and it came to fruition. watch tomorrow mate.
also i did say that the good old USA are buying as much "mineral sands" and other resources as they can a while back........and guess what is happening -
“Base Resources Limited produces and sells mineral sands in Africa. It produces mineral sands, such as rutile, ilmenite, and zircon.”
“Base Resources rocketed almost 90% as the mineral sands miner announced a merger with US-based Energy Fuels to create a global critical minerals business.
Shareholders in Base will receive shares and a special dividend worth in total approximately A$0.302 (15.7p) per share, a premium of 188% to the last closing price.”
As well as the provision of funding, a reminder of the potential value of this resource is perhaps worth mentioning; some extracts from RNS's:
"RNS 12/05/22
Study Demonstrates Exceptional Economics.
Base Case ungeared post tax internal rate of return ("IRR") of 56% and Net Present Value (using an 8% discount rate) ("NPV8") of US$155m, with a Upside Price Case IRR of 73% and NPV8 of US$235m
The staged development approach means that the funding requirement is $37.3m until the Project is self-funding compared to the total development capex of $81m
RNS 21/06/22
All drill results are from surface to a maximum of only 3.5m depth due to limitations of augur drilling, with an average depth of 1.5m. Sonic drilling at Komari in 2018 demonstrated the continuity of mineralisation to depth, with results of 14m at 26.3% THM and 8m at 26.6% THM returned.
RNS 21/03/24
… the Company has now received a formal letter confirming the GSMB's intention to process the Company's seven outstanding IML applications, which is expected to facilitate the granting of further IMLs to underpin the mine plan for the resource in the entire 47km2 EL168 licence area.
The Company is also in advanced discussions with the Coast Conservation Department ("CCD") to obtain a permit to mine covering all the CCD managed land in the EL168 area.
Final preparations are underway to commence both Aircore and Sonic rig drilling programmes in April 2024. "
Increased area of resource in current licence area + additional licences + further resource at greater depth = ?
Ando, you are a total blagger merchant but I like you. Keep predicting news on a Friday until it comes true! :)
My soothsaying ability was disappointing i agree......ive completed my 5 days.
its actually better than original MOU...
Because you'll be too busy on the champagne Paul? :)
What happened to last week Ando, ink run out on the pens?
Okay if it does happen within 19 days I won't post for a week, lol
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.
FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS !!!!!!!!!!
Would be surprised if they used the full 19 days. Seems like next week possible. But you never know. LB have already done their due diligence and know the project - surely they would have put their deal down by now. Are we just waiting for Sheffield? We need to get the brakes off the SP - it is ridiculously low. We should be £70+M easily given the deal being worked.
A maximal 19 days until Sheffield Resources, Lomon Billions, or a combination of the both have to conclude a funding transaction.
From the 15 March RNS -
Highlights:
· Sheffield Investment of £1.25 million for 10% of the Company's issued share capital at 3.623p per share
· 12-month option for Sheffield to invest a further £0.844 million at 4.891p per share
· Outline terms agreed with Sheffield to contribute funding to support the Project into production in exchange for up to a 50% interest in the Project subject to, inter alia, due diligence over a 60-day period
· Continued positive engagement with LB Group in parallel with Sheffield - either party may individually conclude a funding transaction with the Company within 60 days
I’ve always (in my head) had it as an intraday RNS rather than beginning based on the random times of previous Announcements.
