I’m hoping any raise is match funded by an off take partner, maybe one of the major mining companies, looking to take advantage of the Tantalum in the ore and help with the final optimisation to full scale production of spodumene Sc6

Having read the financial statement to June, am I understanding this right, we either get a joint venture partner taking maybe 50% holding in the company or at least a 100% dilution to go forwards? Either way the SP will get hammered?

Buzz- as loathe as I am to use the filter key, I’ve finally got fed up with tweedledee and tweedledum and green boxed them for now. Jaglith has historically added balance to the site making valid contrary points, but latterly he has just repeated the same things on a loop so time for rest.

I’m hoping for an update tomorrow, the SP held steady so far this week which I’m interpreting as a good sign, ever the optimist.

Prem done well to only drop 5% in light of fall in spodumene price and resumption in production from Chinese CATL mine.

We’re getting close to the binary outcome, fund raising by EGM and placing …. or fund raising by other sources. JV, Canmax, Glencore or another connection from Graham’s extensive CV network.

One side will be right and the other wrong - place your bets Red or Black 🤔

Who is currently CEO?

What is GR current role and cost to the company?

What was the outcome of the meeting with Canmax and Glencore last Thursday?

What is the next step with the plant and when?

Are we buying the DMS plant, if so what timescale to commissioning and how are we paying for it?

What’s the situation with the sorters?

Are we moving towards the 10:1 consolidation?

Etc. Etc.

I’m sure you’ll all be able to add to the list

GR got us into this mess so the board should recognise that and ensure he has to wait until the share price is much stronger and Prem is in profit before even considering repayment of the loan and, in shares at a price akin to what he sold them for not an 80% discount IMO.

Martinigirl- mine was a genuine question you have not answered. Prem have survived so far with no production and large debts, why should they suddenly pay all their trade debts on the point of production.

Why do you feel the need to suggest you’ve become a mind reader accusing me of “ just have a strange bias in your head that's telling you something different”?

As I said it was a genuine question and not a personal insult aimed at you, my apologies if that’s how it came across.

Martinigirl- why do Prem have to raise all the money to cover the current debts in one hit with your suggested 73% dilution? Why can’t they raise a much lesser amount in the short term and then schedule the debt repayment over a longer period from future profits (hopefully)? Many large companies carry huge debts while still trading successfully such as Thames Water, £20billion in debt, £37 million paid in dividends February 2025.

It’s still GR fronting the interviews and commenting on the RNS’ and until that stops the credibility of this company is severely damaged as a result of his repeated misinformation, putting it mildly.

Must admit I’m fairly disappointing only be 16% up after the RNS spiked the SP BY 75% this morning. I think the down grading of shareholder expectation from SC6 to SC5 is pulling this back as well as GRs continued involvement, a far cry from GR talking of technical grade SC7 in a previous interview, still he’s not done badly with the shares he recently granted himself at 0.012p. (How that is not deemed to be insider trading I can’t fathom)

GH seemed to talk well when allowed to do so, it should be a refreshing change when he becomes CEO as GR retires. Sounds like GH is still very much favouring the DMS plant addition in the near future presumably when finance is available.
