I’d hoped having an engineer at the helm things would move forwards but there was always that nagging doubt that he was just another freeloader friend of GR with his nose in the trough just like the rest of the BoD.

Goingtomoonufo - if we have so many valuable assets why don’t we sell some to raise cash to buy the new plant, settle Goddard’s demand and have some operating capital? The reason is we don’t have any assets of any value all the things you allude to are worthless. Either Canmax offer some additional financial support or Prem is done for, simple as that in my opinion

I’m reading it as saying the current flotation circuits don't, never have and never will work. They have now been reduced to supplementing the DMS plant. The company has wasted 3/4 years and millions of shareholders money, diluted us to oblivion, trying to get a system to work that is clearly is now recognised as basically useless. Meanwhile we wee fed a pack of lies in multiple RNS about being hours, days , weeks from sale of SC6 or even technical grade SC7 at one point!!!

Jaglith- if Canmax took 55% of Prem at £100m valuation would that mean they would have to make an offer to buy outright owning greater than the 30% threshold. By my reckoning the 14 billion shares in issue at the time would be valued at 0.32p 300% up on current SP, or have I got the process completely wrong? ( and also the prepayment account would be £0)

Armchairtrading- you’re not on your own, your situation entirely reflects mine, completely new to share trading in 2021 and got completely suckered in by what I thought were factual RNS, turned out to be very far from the case. The chances of any redress are very unlikely, the company have no money, they would simply go into liquidation to avoid any settlement and GR is far too slippery to be held to account, so we have to put it down to a very bad and damaging experience.
