TommyD25- what do you expect this decent RNS to say that would put the Sp up 100% to the heady heights of .024p?

This smells of a classical Prem leak, RNS imminent maybe after hours today, and it ain’t good for us long term shareholders. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Another 7% down on the day, Jaglith’s prediction of a 0.01p placing price is beginning to look generous, the longer it takes the faster and lower it will fall. £2.8m less costs is of negligible value in the current scheme of things. George if you have an Ace now’s the time to play it or perhaps you’re just going to play the Joker and watch it all go down the pan.

Just sat here watching it rain . I wondered if anybody else has the concern that the new CEO could be Brendan Roach? No doubt the puppet board members could be persuaded to elect him on the basis they would protect the trough they’ve all got their noses in. A new CEO worth their salt would want to bring in their own team🤔🤦🏻‍♂️ George would die laughing .

Nomadme- they didn’t get to be worth billions by being fair or charitable to other companies, they have been ruthless, and with that approach, best to let it go bust then pick up the lot for pocket money sadly. Prem will only survive on merit and by fighting its own cause, nobody is going to throw us a life line it’s up to the board.

Clueless - the only problem is we need money before the test run can take place so Jaglith’s doom and gloom is more likely to be near the mark. 30% discount on today would be 0.015ish so the SP will drop either way the AGM vote goes them a 30% discount at least on that SP. Unless GR can hold out for a period of time and get a strong pump going on the SP, the placing price will be lots of shares at low low valuation.

Jaglith- “ there's no RNS so George can make up anything and everything he wants” - just like most of the RNS then, total fiction. I agree we’ll hear nothing new and merely lip service, but at least I’d like to here what is being asked if only for interest sake🤷🏻‍♂️

Can some one at the meeting today ask George to repeat the questions he’s being is being asked so that anybody listening on line can hear them. The audio quality is usually so poor that it’s almost a waste of time tuning in especially with George not bring au-fait with the technology, get a teenager in, one of the bar staff, they’ll soon get it working. This is costing the company £1000s of pounds it can ill afford so at least let the shareholders get some return, just once for goodness sake.

I’ m sure George had said in one of his recent interviews that the ‘civils’ were under way, so I’d expect a bit more than a hole in the ground by now, more George misinformation stringing us all along as usual, and he has the audacity to ask for 37billion additional headroom, what a chancer.

Or just a bank holiday- which Jaglith is fully aware of and being mischievous.

We are being asked to re-elect this board member at the AGM, does anybody know where I can find what he is costing us, and what has been his part in the continued decline in value of the SP?

Do you know the terms on which the loan was offered regarding repayment? As you know the BoD are not at liberty to grant additional shares above and beyond any that the shareholders agree to (or not) after this years AGM, are you deliberately trying to talk the SP down? 🤔

Acker- in your post of 16.26, you talk of a placing, how much headroom has George currently got available to him, it can’t be much and would raise a negligible amount surely?

Martinigirl - a good well balanced post, sadly reflecting the state of affairs again. I cannot see shareholders agreeing to a further 25 billion shares, 50% dilution at 0.02p. George needs to get some trustworthy and verifiable positivity going to pump the SP so he doesn’t need to that level of dilution of its curtains for Prem I feel. Unlike you I have a substantial 80% negative long term holding here having topped up all the way to 0.9p, so I’m looking for any glimmer of hope of seeing at least some of my investment back, but the realist/ pessimist in me says it’s a tall order☹️
