Seems like we’re in one of Acker’s void periods where the SP is likely to drift downwards. Has anybody any views on what we’re expecting to happen next, are we awaiting the report on the plant, production updates or finance announcements? For once GR doesn’t seem to have given us any timescales to work to, so we now appear to be just drifting like a rudderless vessel with no propulsive power . All we have is the daily Spodumene price updates. Totally unconvinced by the poor quality spur of the moment phone video recently released, did nothing to boost the perception of a well run successful company

I wonder how much money was ‘saved’ by not using a proven lithium sector plant designer and manufacturer rather than some bloke from the pub who said his company could ‘blow the lights out’? It’s certainly costing us dear now and will continue to do so IMO. If GR is going to go down the EGM placing route he’d better get the SP going up or else the placing , to more of his pals, will be at low 0.1s☹️

TT1981- that appears to have been a redistribution of shares previously issued to Goddards, how they were paid is to be established🤷🏻‍♂️

TT1981, what exactly is he going to place? there are no shares available he’d need an EGM/AGM first

I’m under water here having first invested 4 years ago and continued to top up all the way to 1.02p on the back of repetitive RNS’s promising the holy grail of production but, with hindsight, being permanently being let down by George’s economy with the truth. Time for a rain check put this in the bottom drawer and hope it comes good. It’s only a loss when you sell so I’m left with holding and hoping. I’m taking a break.

Still holding 10% gain on the day, we will all be happy if it continues like that all week, let’s not get too greedy🤷🏻‍♂️

SP drifted quite quickly late on🤔 Is there some unpleasant news coming after close here?

Morning Snowking, to what do we owe this pleasure of your reappearance on the board? Is this the beginning of a couple of weeks of ramping , hype and fueling a rumour run. I used to value your opinions but now I always ask myself , ‘what does he know that he’s not telling us? What nugget has George whispered on the QT? In my eyes your credibility is as low as GRs himself, and we all know how low that is. This is not intended as a personal attack I’m just cautious as to your motives.

Prempunn - the sorters have been in place from when plant was originally switched on a year ago just don’t seem to have worked effectively ever🤷🏻‍♂️

Acker- hopefully any loan will avoid the likes of Anavio et al and be more mainstream lender with good terms, a strong NRS should underpin that.

Am I right in reading the drill results that ZDD162 has a seam width of 3m of 1.21% but is 356m down? That’s a hell of a lot of overburden to shift.

Stark rarely get a mention now, I suspect they’re becoming marginalised and we are dealing with the OEMs of the equipment to get them all working. Hopefully they’ll stop sending exorbitant invoices for their poor delivery.

‘alternatives to equity-based funding are under investigation.’ Looking at ways other than a share issue. There would need to be an EGM to get headroom as there are no shares left to issue so hopefully looking at more traditional short term loan ( hopefully with a reputable source unlike COPL approach)

The reason we didn’t sell was that we were being confidently told that full nameplate production of SC6 was ‘imminent’ and the value of that production was 4x what it is now, as investors we can only make judgements on the ‘facts’ we were being presented with 🤷🏻‍♂️ We were mislead.

RickyK- I’ve taken your advice and emailed my enquiries to the company, including suggesting the answers be RNSd. I’m not holding my breath
