Martinigirl- don’t you think that with the first sniff of any kind of production the SP will be mid to late 0.02s with private investors supporting the SP trying to get in at bargain basement so MMs hold the price high or a wide spread?

Sprint- a very valid point regarding shares in issue, but if each placing can be done at a 30 to 50% successive premium to the last, the number of shares issued will be similarly be exponentially less, all depends whether GH can give us some positive news to get the SP back on the up after the setback of last week.

Jaglith- it was a Stark plant, GH has culled of the unnecessary bits out, now there’s a crusher, which seems to work trouble free, some conveyor belts and shutes, a none-Stark new ball mill and the Xinhai DMS tried and tested off the shelf, not bespoke, flotation circuits. Just got to hope the Stark presses and bagging area still work after all this time.🤔

Acker- I don’t think GH will ask for anywhere near that headroom, maybe 20-30billion, still substantive dilution, but not the 50-60 you’re thinking.

I’m expecting once this plant ramps up to name plate, despite the time lag between production and sales revenue, that non dilutive short term borrowings will be available at reasonable rates to bridge the gap to positive cashflow.

Raaydar- the penultimate raise was at 0.0126, the last raise 0.0185, an almost 50% up lift so the same amount of cash for 60% of the share issue, forced or otherwise, that’s good management.

If GH manages a similar up lift at the next raise we’re getting much closer to the £5m total target with much less dilution.

I would guess that if we had access to the engineering report GH commissioned and promised to release but didn’t (his only blot so far IMO) it would have been very clearly damning of the previous management, plant design, contractor's and GH didn’t want to release that can of worms when he already had plenty to deal with. He simply used it, with Xinhais help, to decide what to keep, what to repurpose and what to scrap.

Enprotecs similar report would be weighted towards not being too damning of a plant they had a big hand in putting together.

The difference between GR and GH is that GR paid for a plant designed and built by Stark with no experience in the field, no contractual guarantees to it’s efficacy, no penalty clauses when it did’t work and no apparent right of redress. GH on the other hand has employed a manufacturer of a plant design with other working examples and got them to provide production guarantees to quality and quantity or they don’t get the final payment for the plant. Chalk and cheese.

El Gelboy- don’t you think local hauliers and their vehicles will be used to these unmetalled roads? I’m sure the access to Zulu is very much par for the course in the region. Hauliers manage to get about in the UK and look at the state of many roads here🤔

Jaglith , you talk of selling the mills, but you seem to forget one is part of the RHA plant which, with luck, can be put to good use once Zulu is revenue producing. Then is the time to take stock and liquidate any obsolete plant, at this point some of it may be of use when adding side hustles to the existing plant.🤔

Snowking- what we do care about is when GR hits us with his next ‘0% interest loan’ interest payment demand or loan capital repayment demand, he’s still capable of doing more financial harm. 🤔

I feel there’s the likelihood that when the next placing RNS drops, the MM’s will keep the spread wide and the buy price will not fall as low as many would expect, or want, due to a large number of shareholders either waiting to buy back in, or for the first time.

Still a real risk but rewards could be good with a fair wind🤞🏻 Like me many are hoping to have the chance to recoup some of their losses.

Bit of a change here from ‘buy the rumour sell the news’ of old GR days. Will it hold by close? I’m not sure🤔
