When is the next placing to pay for the new sorters that need to be ordered. And I’m guessing other equipment. The new pipes and valves are already installed, George said by last Saturday. So that means more issues. Or that George ordered the wrong pipes and valves which also be the case
Raay - even in my most pessimistic, I don’t think GR is taking this private. The 4-5 big shareholders who keep George in his position would finally lose patience and vote him out. So then the question is how much is rha, circum and half of mature worth? At least 10-15 million so the bottom range of prem is .05. At least not 0.00. And I’m not including Zulu cause that would be taken over by Canmax in lieu of debt
The august 15th RNS from last year is a good read. Prem already owe 35 million, and the you start to add all the subsequent missed delivery payments, 1.5 mil, 1.5 mil, 1.5 mil, 1.5 mil, 3 mil, 3 mil. so that 44 million owed to Canmax running at 12% interest. from June the the missed delivery payments increase to 4 mil. And if Canamx context the 200 million valuation due to the drop in lithium prices, PREM might have to hand over Zulu to Canmax in lieu of all the monies owed.
The plant has been in commissioning since April of 2023. So technically we are in month 13. In the April 27, 2023 RNS George wrote "Following commissioning of all plant components, work on optimisation of the plant and process control procedures to achieve nameplate throughput continues".
If only George’s attention to detail was as good as mine. Took him 14 to recognise that the pipes were the wrong size. Another 14 months to realise the sorters don’t work. By 2028, George should be finally ready to produce some sc6
