Just shows what investors think about George's ability to deliver. Those new pipes looked pretty heavy so lots more scrap metal to add to the pile alongside the sc2 that George is trying to sell.
Horult - actually it was last year and cost a lot of people a lot of money who invested on the back of his 'had dinner with George and Stark and everything is going super well, I'm buying and you should buy too! BIG MONTH UPCOMING'
Hasiba - it is an immediate priority. PREM lost the China Zenith ruling and the arbitration ruling is final and binding. so prem has to give China Zenith 1.35 million USD worth of PREM shares. That's another 600k worth of shares. So George has already used up close to 3 billion shares out of the 4.5 billion. and that's not even paying Goddard for their work in 2024. PREM doesn't even have enough headroom to deal with the Goddard invoices. George - let's get an EGM in the diary!!!
Ricky - current spod price is 1150. Canmax have a 10% discount so prem sells to Canmax at 1000. George said OPEX is around 950-1000, so call it 975. that means PREM make 25 USD per tonned of sc6 sold. at this point they have not been able to produce even a kilo but let's say they start producing. let's say they produce 1000 tonnes. that is 25k profit for prem/month. 300k yearly profit. enough to cover GR's flights and dinners. not sure how you get 500 million cap.
With prem, what follows a discounted capital raise is another discounted capital raise. until the sharecap is maxed out, and then George calls a meeting to raise the sharecap. 30 billion shares and counting!
Making what stuff up? In numerous recent interviews George has indicated that prem has significant expenses and now debt. And the only way to find financing is to raise funds. Prem is not producing so no bank loans, and no one is going to pay for some sc2 that’s been a laying around .
Hahahahahahaahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahah. This should drop below the placing price by the end of the week. always does. just in time for the next placing that George is working on. As he said, he's always open to doing a placing. just like the Friday one
Next week George will finally admit that the sorters issue is bigger than he initially thought. And it will be some update along the lines ‘the floatation circuit works as intended but the sorters are proving a challenge. Anzaplant have been consulted, and new sorters will need to be ordered’. Then George will announce another placing. You can see how selective he is now with the information he provides.
Acker - are you thinking ‘another placing’ exciting? The piping and valves and new equipment must not be cheap. Plus paying Goddard. As George said, you had to pay for the equipment upfront and then you have to pay all the import duties etc…
