SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
Rambler Media Limited (RMG.LN) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), the operator of one of Russia's most popular internet brands, has today been notified by Troika Dialog (Bermuda) Limited ("Troika") that further to the acquisition of shares on 23 December 2009, it is interested in 466,683 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in Rambler, representing approximately 3.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Founded in 1996, Troika is an independent investment advisor and hedge fund firm. The firm caters to individual and institutional clients. The firm has offices in Moscow, Russia, London, England and New York, USA.
