Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company")
Grant of Options under The Paragon Sharesave Plan 2019 (the "Sharesave Plan")
The Company announces that on 28 July 2021 the Directors ("PDMRs") detailed in the table below were granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £4.24 per share.
The Sharesave Plan is HMRC approved and available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.
