I doubt it, it's more likely the court will give timelines for the case.

I think we will only get any news if the court instructs the parties to settle or a court date is given. Both are unlikely I think.

Even at these price levels the SP is way closer to historical lows than highs. It is also still close to net assets.

There are however considerable challenges. Mica is proving difficult casting doubt on a couple of the purchases being value accretive. Angra is growing but needs more visibility. Semnet obviously has the legal case.

The BoD are very experienced and seem to find answers to most problems but need to communicate more.

So this is a classic high risk Vs very high return proposition
