I'm adding small amounts weekly because I believe this is massively undervalued but equally their are other good opportunities out there

There are a few points

1. 3 posters have tried to destroy this BB. Massive isn't one of them although he should try to respond less imo.

2. All options are still in play regarding the legal case, but GST does seem to have the upper hand, certainly against the two former directors. It's hard to say anything about Daphane at all, because nobody has any insight at all about the case against her.

3. Anybody claiming 100% certainty is 100% wrong and should stop wasting everybody's time in a futile attempt to reinforce their own ego

We had another drop in volume a few months back and then a load of late reported massive buys landed.

No one is disputing that under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act they have to apply for a stay before filing a substantive Defence to avoid waiving their right to arbitration.

If that is in any way true Chaebol, why did you claim months ago that the two former directors would have made counter claims months ago? When that didn't happen why did you state Daphane would counter claim. And supposedly the two former directors are paying for her defence. In Chaebol world anyway
