When you say a further decline in spod price, you are misrepresenting given that it is massively up this year and forecast to go up more.

The real question is why our sp hasn't tracked the spod price up when it tracked the price down and virtually every other miner/explorer has.

At a £63m market cap I'd say the outlook is exceptionally positive given a peer tha hasn't even put a spade in the ground has just sold for twice our valuation

How is it wrong Chaebol. Mrs Bai is a significant shareholder in Semnet. Semnet are pursuing the litigation not GST.

Mrs Bai has a massive number of GST shares amongst many other things. So even if the defence lawyers were to make such an argument and be successful, then there would be no difficulty in providing a security guarantee.
