I am.glad mr Buck is running company and not you.
Wos . Sensible thing to do is use his head and not sit around listening to a man who cannot keep his word. 3 months turned in to 13 months.
Get the legal team on to this.
Cabinet has approved and read the rns. They do not know how long the locals will take.
MB needs to use his head. Mpram minister said 3 months 13 months ago.
Take this to court and stop wasting shareholders money on useless staff who are getting paid for doing meditating
How long did LEGAL PROCESS take from START and not just final stage? Also did company have Cabinet order in place?
Let us be sensible in this discussion.

FROM THE MEETING OF CHOIBALSAN SUM...
The people of Sum are protesting the granting of a coal mining license in the vicinity of MINJIUR hot springs.
The permission to build a camp in the previous Soum Assembly was revoked.
Although it was issued by the authority of the governor of Dornod province, in addition, he made a double comment on the issue of Magnaytrade in Suman. As for MAGNAI TRADE, the governor of the province won as a plaintiff in the court of first instance, but the higher court of Khentii decided in favor of MAGNAI TRADE, and today he is sitting on a claim of 2.5 billion MNT. .
In any case, Khentii solves the problems of the East. There are mining companies like this.

PS. not really testing the predicted 4p yet is it!
The notice was served to the governor on 08/08/23
Magnai Trade Co. Ltd. sued for 2.5 billion MNT, claiming that it was damaged due to the failure to conduct drilling in the area of Choibalsan Sum.
In 2010, the company signed an agreement to share oil products in an area called Bayantumen 17, which covers 7 sums of our province.
In 2019, the governor of the province issued an order to vacate the land, considering that the company used the land without permission and placed a drilling tower, a large number of containers and equipment.
In accordance with the law, the dispute was reviewed by the court of first instance of the defendant's jurisdiction, the Eastern province, and the decision of the provincial governor was justified. The plaintiff filed an appeal and the dispute continued for 3-4 years.
Also, in the past, the land of the fuel distribution station, which was located on the main road after the Iveel quarter owned by the company, was also released, which was a decision for the public interest.

According to WOS the MG can take to court (and jail) anyone who stops the Heron development - has that point been reached?
For any one who doesn't know . Magnai Trade which operates in block 17 had the exact same issue. They put rig up and the local governor stopped the drilling. Magnai Trade took it to court, lost first time and in August 2023 they took the matter to court. Won the case And got £500k in compensation.
Same governor , same situation.
The verdict was given in 5 weeks
Absolutely Master couldn't agree more time is money
Personally fastest way to get this matter resolved is take it to court. Its been more than 4 months since the cabinet approval.
Someone is holding PM back .
Learn from other companies. Same situation, same governor and they are £500k better off and ready to start operation.
We have been trying to please these Mongols and they are still not playing fair.
Now PM has legs to stand on . This should be in court over the winter.
Here is full text if HEADER not enough
Zak Mir -"Sideways consolidation above a rising 50 day line suggests we will hit a 4.3p target and maybe for the end of January up to 6.5p"
I look at FUNDAMENTL & of course RNS will completely RE-RATE technical short term target & good for investor to have Uptrend in place anyway 🦉
Header say all!
This is why Header say ALL 🦉
I presume WOS thinks he is supporting the SP, but I guarantee most readers gloss over his multiple daily posts, I know I do and am heavily involved ( for me).
He doesn’t seem to get it, that rebutting every contrarian and/or troll post dilutes the impact of the positives here and his own info
We are waiting on permissions and the “mood music” in Mongolia looks very positive.
People can post they don’t believe anything will happen as much as they like on here, doesn’t change the story in Mongolia on the ground one bit.
Still here mr Joe?
Sorry I was referring to the Mickey mouse/fabricated comment Mr owl and you master rampers posted
I might be wrong, but I don’t think the offer has dropped below what the bid was when this apparent false news was published? And we’re now up at 3.6/3.9p. So it has been sustained and not fallen back.
Always said I hope this comes good. I don’t like WOS’s relentless rampy posts and I really don’t like him going over to other boards - LSE should have a word and tell him if he does it again he’ll be shut down. But equally, Professional is a bad piece of work so he has no right to spout off!
I think the Ikon article is legit. My reservation is more if the governor knew what he was saying or has been misinterpreted.
By Mickey Mouse website are you referring to the long established and well regarded Mongolian site 'IKON next horizon' that post news reports and opion for Mongolia's 'connected generation'?
They reported on the recent developments regarding Mongolian mineral and oil land access issues and the need to encourage overseas companies such as Petro Matad by improving the regulatory environment.
This came as no news to many on this board thanks to the on-the-ground intelligence gleaned by WOS and Dozz and others already, but none the less it was nice to see it reported in a wider way in the public domain to reinforce that this is now a very real and urgent process in Mongolia lending weight to the majority view that all the necessary permits will be received by Petro Matad in time for next year's drilling season.
The current well documented fuel supply crisis in Mongolia clearly will encourage this process in addition by marginalising the oil activists in the eyes of the general population and the politicians who rely on their votes.
Whilst your accusations of fabricated statements appear to be unfounded what merit they might have clearly needs to be taken in the context of 'free speech' with the freedom, within limits, for people to say what they wish and allow third parties the option of making their own minds up.
You'd prefer a dystopian Orwellian 1984 type situation to prevail on this board would you?
I work in the sector Dumb @ss
The US are flooding the market - read the article.
OPEC's response has always been to open the taps to drown out US drillers/producers
You see next year buddy
Will oil price "plummet" mrJoe?
Maybe do more research into this sector sir. You are only one who use this word "plummet". Most sensible projection (not headlines) look at $100+.
Q. Why you worry so much & spend so much time here if you do not want to invest?
Be Happy but look like you will be one left crying after share price leave you behind - good sir!
RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH 🦉
Hopefully this will warrant an investigation of sorts. At least lead to certain rampy accounts being closed
SP took a massive dive and then suddenly a dodgy comment magically appears on some Mickey mouse website
Aye, just pure coincidence pal
