They would never announce a raise at the AGM - the enabling motion has to be passed then it takes time to arrange the bookbuild or whatever method they go with. Give it a couple of months.

ps. if the rest of the TROLLS are like me we would LOVE to see PM succeed and the SP multi-multi-multi-bag. Just don't see it happening in any reasonable timeframe.
