I'm puzzled teabag. Exactly what is it that I've got to be desperate about? I hold some shares here, if the SP goes up their value increases, if it doesn't that's no big deal. It's the guys with millions or tens of millions of shares that have reason to be desperate.

And if the SP keeps edging up another raise isn't out of the question...

I doubt a farm-in is at all imminent. Won't it have to get MG approval if an offer acceptable to PM is made - no telling how long that would take.

1 farm out agreements inevitable in the near term - nothing is inevitable with this company. Only one interested party & nothing agreed.

2 oil prices sky high and looks to only go higher in the near term - PM don't have much oil "in the near term" so a blip in the oil price is of little consequence.

3 renewables not accounted for in the sp - short to medium term renewables are a cost not a benefit, money needs to be invested before any returns.

4 farm out for block 7 seemed - ?
