PM reminds of a company I used to work for. Husband and wife used to manage 25 lads they did a fantastic job. Sold it for 2 mill to a bigger company and they placed 3 managers to do same jobs as what one man used to do. Because it wasn't their company they rand it down and went bust within two years.. A 20 plus year company send under within 2 years..

Moral of the story is, they don't give a fk because it's not their money that is at risk.
