Director/PDMR Dealing
The Directors named below have acquired a further interest in the Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Taylor Wimpey plc (the 'Company') as a result of exercising their 2023 Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan Award and selling sufficient shares to meet tax and commission charges. The balance of shares will be retained by each Director for two years in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, in accordance with the Company's Remuneration Policy.
