Annual Report and Accounts 2021 incorporating the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
We are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2021, incorporating the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is to be held in the Winterlake Suite at the Crowne Plaza Marlow, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, SL7 1GJ on Tuesday 26 April 2022 at 10:30am.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2021 incorporating the Notice of the 2022 AGM and the Proxy Form are being published today. A copy of each of the documents, together with the Notice of Availability sent to shareholders receiving web communications, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available on its website at:
