Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been advised by Apex Group Limited, in its capacity as Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that as a result of participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") in respect of the 2025 Final Dividend paid by the Company on 15 May 2026, the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been acquired by the Trust and are held on trust on behalf of the Directors named below:
