Transaction in Own Shares

Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Citigroup Global Markets Limited on the London Stock Exchange or CBOE Europe Limited in accordance with the general authority granted to repurchase shares as granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2021 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected as part of its share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2022.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 14,138,840 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 3,634,788,625 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,634,788,625 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
