Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 29 May 2018, Spectris plc ("the Company") was notified by Clive Watson, Group Finance Director, that his daughter had acquired 7 shares at a price of 2,523 pence per share and sold 1,007 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 2,836 pence per share.
