Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Royal Mail plc announces that it has been advised that Donald Brydon has joined the Board of London Stock Exchange Group plc, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. In addition Donald will take up the position of Chairman of London Stock Exchange Group plc from 1 July 2015.
Donald will stand down as Chairman of Royal Mail plc on 31 August 2015. Peter Long will succeed Donald as Chairman of Royal Mail plc on 1 September 2015 as announced on 3 June 2015.
