Royal Mail plc (the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made for 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of one pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and they will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Royal Mail plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2014.
It is expected that admission will commence on 28 November 2014.
