INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that it received notification on June 12, 2025 that Juliet Thompson, a Non-Executive Director ('NED') of the Company, acquired a total of 1,925 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of $13.88 per share on June 11, 2025.
The Company further announces that it also received notification on June 12, 2025 that Timothy Thompson, a person closely associated with Juliet Thompson, purchased a total of 1,925 Shares at a price of $13.88 per share on June 11, 2025.
These purchases were made pursuant to the NED Share Program that was implemented as part of the Directors' Remuneration Policy approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Following this transaction, Juliet Thompson has an interest in 7,700 shares in the Company.
