DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Domino's Pizza Group plc ("DPG" or "the Company") today announces that Stella David has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2023.
Stella has informed the Board that her decision is the result of her recent appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Entain plc, which means that she will no longer have sufficient time to fulfil her commitments to DPG.
Matt Shattock, Chair, said:
'On behalf of the Board, I'd like to thank Stella for her contribution to Domino's. She has been an outstanding Board director. While we are sorry to see her leave the Board, we understand her reasons and wish her every success with her future endeavours.'
