Notice of General Meeting

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that today it has a published a circular convening a general meeting for 30 June 2023 (the "Circular") at which ordinary resolutions will be proposed in connection with amendments to the Directors' Remuneration Policy (the "Policy") and amendments to Company's 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan").

The resolutions will, if passed, amend the Policy and amend the Plan to permit the grant of Share Appreciation Rights (SARs) to facilitate the provision of Premium Priced Options (the "Proposed Amendments").

The Circular contains further details regarding the Proposed Amendments and also contains a notice convening a general meeting to be held at etc.venues St. Paul's, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD at 10:00 am on 30 June 2023 (the "General Meeting").

The Circular and a copy of the draft rules of the amended Plan will be available to view on the Company's website (https://investors.dominos.co.uk) and in hard copy at the Company's registered office up to the time of the General Meeting.

A copy of the Circular, Form of Proxy and the draft rules of the amended Plan will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
