A 11% share price fall on a dilution of just over 1% appears to be a bit excessive.

We’re pleased to announce that Sulnox has signed a global long-term distribution agreement with Drew Marine, a major supplier of performance chemicals and fuel management services to the maritime industry.

Drew Marine operates in 1,200+ ports and supports commercial, cruise, government and military fleets worldwide. Under the agreement, Sulnox Eco™ will be added to their existing portfolio and supported by their global sales, service and technical teams - providing access to a highly complementary customer base of over 1,000, around 75% of which is new to Sulnox.

This marks a significant step forward in expanding Sulnox’s global footprint and strengthening the commercial scale of our technology.

It’s an exciting time to be at Sulnox.

Over the past four years, we’ve laid a strong foundation, and it’s been brilliant to be part of such positive momentum.

One of our biggest focuses is the marine sector, where the need for fuel efficiency is both a financial and regulatory imperative. Large container ships can burn over 100 tons of fuel per day. The scale is immense, and so is the opportunity to positively reduce carbon footprints.

Our technology is making a meaningful impact, helping reduce fuel consumption and delivering savings of around $1 million per vessel.

And while this is good for business, it’s also good for the planet.

Marine is our priority today, but Sulnox is universal, working across every combustion engine. From agriculture to defence, transportation to personal vehicles, the potential to drive change is vast.

We’re immensely proud of the progress so far, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
