What makes you think that Schurter have built a 20% share?

I think we know that they have 5%.

DH and GC have (between them) round about 23% +/-

Where has this 20% come from? Thin air?

I can see no evidence?

If you are alluding to a possible buy out let's remember that over 10% of the shares are owned by DH, another 10%+ by GC and 5% by Schurter. Unless it's one of those, I can't see them selling their shares on the cheap....

I wonder if the RNS announcing possible insolvency was part of Lars cunning plan to do a MBO on the cheap. Certainly it had that effect on the share price !!

Then in steps Dr Cooley. He either is looking to lose a very significant amount of money or he has access to possible funding. (I suspect the latter as he already had 3% of the company prior to this RNS).

I would not be surprised if there is another RNS on Monday possibly announcing an even larger share.

Either this saves Lars skin and our shareholding (partially) or it scuppers Lars plan for an MBO.

Either way it is a not unwelcome intervention. I could see no future otherwise.

In the interests of transparency I am over £150k down having been a shareholder for 7 years….

Everyone. Just look at Muckers profile. Only posts on CPX, only been around since summer and every single post negative posting scaremongering bile. If (and a very big if, given Musks statement about infringements) then any infringement would only be against units possibly copy righted. Cap XX turnover not huge as we know and any infringement will only relate to the disputed items.... Small beer, even for Cap XX. It's a negotiating tactic to get Cap XX to settle for a smaller sum. Maxwells motion to dismiss was dismissed by the Judge, which means that prima facie the judge believes that Cap XX has merit in its case and any discussion relates to quantum......

The Newlands retain over 3% of the company. If they really wanted out they would have closed their “long” positions first I would suggest. Their share reduction was enough to move the share price. Remember also they only bought back in recently. Maybe the share sale is to fund the margin call for the long position.

Maxwell have spent more on legal fees than Capxx is worth. If I were them I’d make a bid for the company.

Just a thought.
