Taylor Wimpey plc ("the Company")

The Company has today been notified that Humphrey Singer, an Independent Non Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey plc, and the Group Finance Director of Dixons Carphone plc (DC plc), has served notice on DC plc that he will be standing down from that role, in order to take up a new position as the Chief Finance Officer of Marks and Spencer Group plc, on a date to be confirmed.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
