Young & Co's Brewery Plc Share Price (YNGA.GB.PL)

Surely the price of YNGA must now be in bargain territory? Tipped as a buy in today's IC. A strong balance sheet, backed up by a largely freehold estate. I recently stayed in one of their fabulous hotels & it was crazy busy the whole week! With the world cup & a normal Christmas to boost business I've topped up today at £9.25. Hopefully a good long term investment?

Hi Seattle, not too many of us on this BB! I agree with you that Young's pubs & hotels are fantastic. I stay in their hotels & drink in their pubs when the opportunity arises. Young's special is my favourite beer! Unfortunately no pubs here in my town, though two good Fuller's pubs which I frequent. London Pride is always good! I also hold shares in Fullers as well as YNGA. I guess in time we'll never go wrong as people will always want to socialise & stay in their hotels. Also their properties are fabulous buildings in great locations & superbly maintained, so increasingly valuable assets for us shareholders! Maybe there will be another post here in two years. Meanwhile enjoy

Posting to myself here . Reading my last post about the hope of a vaccine well it should be off we go time starting next week .I am so pleased the pubs are opening again as I was turning into an alcoholic !

Like so many brewers and pubs in the drinks sector Young’s have taken a real beating since March. However people will always like beer and pubs . When somebody finds a vaccine the share will jump back to £16 in quick order . Strong hold.
