Unless I am missing something , how come buys by volume outnumber sells by 3 to 1 and the MMs mark the price down 12% !

Yes typical behaviour from MMS when they are short . Buys 3 to 1 against sells , great RNS and price marked down at the earliest opportunity . stay in there and the price will return soon .

In a very buoyant market this morning a market maker pushing the price lower again on no sales . Is this because they are trying to raise some funds for the last deal announced . Otherwise why ? Thoughts anybody .

It is disappointing the market makers drop the price on good news . Perhaps there is a big seller in the wings as the trading is 75% + buys . Anybody else got and thoughts ?

Correction - 85% must be covered

According to the Asian guy on YouTube, the banks have to cover next week, they’re short positions with Tier one 75% assets or risk losing their international banking license.

They have three choices

1. buy back their shorts

2. Sell other assets to cover

3. Issue bonds or equity raise to improve cash position .

With short portions being 10 times the available silver in faults it is a one way bet for us

Disappointing with every good announcement ( 10 this year ! the market makers mark it up and them the sellers take it back again . I look forward to the day when the buyers win the tug of war

I foolishly bought in last year thinking Labour ( who I hate ) would actually increase housebuilding in the U.K.

Like everything else they have failed .

So my investment has now turned into a long term hold .

Thanks hindsight is great so I accept my several penny loss on the trade ( I bought in at 49p a long time ago ) , I thought it could go down 10p if the verdict went against us .

Sold £50k on Friday at 76.6p just in case . Will buy back Monday , anybody have an idea what price it will open at ?

Foolishly bought shares when Rayner promised 1.5m homes to be built . Of course it now appears to be a nonsense so now just another long term hold waiting for a change of Government and better days .

Good company presentation last month . This is a long term hold with a dividend but we might need a different Government to change sentiment about good old England .

Not sure what that was about. Numerous positive write ups in the press recently. I think I will await for the platings to be finalised and the warrants exercised before investing .
