Hi no it is not really a sale . Some of the biggest institutional shareholders have the split their holding between multiple funds they manage . As you can see it went through twice so it has moved from one fund to another .
Dear RB , your motivation in posting on AEG is a mystery to me .
You only joined LSE since February and since then you have posted 61 negative posts exclusively on AEG .
Why AEG and none of the other thousands of listed companies ?
Do you have a vendetta against the company as an ex employee ?
In contrast I have posted on dozens of companies I have invested in over the last 10 years.
Yours sleepless.
So do I . Everybody can be accurate about the past . Interesting the detractors never predict their views for the future . My thoughts are I think September will be an interesting and positive month for the share price . Hence for me it is too cheap at this price and I have been buying , using my dividend income from other shares.
I am going for the next RNS as good . They are probably waiting until the city folk get back from their August holidays to announce . Just for the record the par price of the shares is 1p , hence it would be against company law to issue shares below that price .
You are right .
The big shareholders are aware of what Rowan is trying to do with this new technology .
Sure there are currently some annoying problems with the US authorities but that is par for the course because we are a foreign Company to them . The NASDAZ quote will help . Remember Obama and BP , who insisting on calling it British Petroleum which was 30 years out of date , but he wanted to make a point about the Brits who he hated . Hence none of the US contractors were fined just the U.K. parent BP . Same with Europe you try and buy a German or French company and they cry foul and national security and block it . In the U.K. we really we are the most free country in the World so you can buy our airports , Cadbury’s , utilities etc etc .
I think AEG will make it with perseverance. and a change of management now would only slow things down and be distributive.
Hi , as I asked on the 17th “will the Ukrainian stop selling “ The way management dealt with this was to negotiate how money he needed to raise , place enough shares to cover and then agree and announce a year lock in. Brilliant. The price dropped from 1.15p to 0.475p while he was selling 3m a day so with some good news expect it to recover over the next few months .
Another nefarious comment of yours , sadly 82 years out of date . I wonder where your ancestors came from ? Perhaps Australia as you seem very level headed with a chip on both shoulders !
Rather than calling people names and / or questioning their integrity perhaps we should concentrate on wether the seller is still selling . Based .on the last announcements he has raised about £860k k by selling 121m shares but his remaining stake of 830 shares he has lost over £5m in value Doesn’t seem sensible to me . It will interesting to see your reply because whatever I say you seem to contradict on principle .
While the seller has dumping on average 3m a day for months the price dropped from a 1p to 0.6p . Now the seller has stopped we should get a rise back to 1p , particularly if we hear the PacifiCorp test went well and the US quote goes live .
