Royal Mail plc (the "Company") received notification on 16 January 2015 that the Directors and PDMRs listed below acquired ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company as a result of their participation in the Royal Mail Dividend Re-Investment Plan. The transaction completed in London on 15 January 2015 and the price paid per ordinary share was £4.35. Further details are set out below:
