3 March 2022 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), InterContinental Hotels Group PLC ("IHG") confirms that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, Chief Financial Officer and Group Head of Strategy of IHG, will join the Board of Schroders plc as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective 1 July 2022.
