Board change
Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's") announces that Ebbe Jacobsen, an independent non-executive director, will step-down from the Board at the expiry of his second term in office on 28 January 2020.
Ian Bull, Domino's Interim Chairman said: "On behalf of the Board, I should like to thank Ebbe for his dedication and significant contribution to Domino's over the past six years. We wish Ebbe every success for the future."
