Q1 2025: 0.4 pence per share for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025.

The payment will be made on 31 July 2025 to all shareholders on the register as at 4 July 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 3 July 2025. This dividend will be an Ordinary Distribution.

Q1 2024: 0.5 pence per share.

Q1 2023: 0.625 pence per share.

Q1 2022: 0.8125 pence per share.

Dividends keep going south.

its been a nice little earner fat salaries and fees for rent collection and a stream of selling fees for Bond Wolfe

Unlikely anyone else in the market would take this bag of spanners without a huge haircut on NAV -30%?

Imagine getting stuck with the empty shops in Crewe and negative income due to service charges

This is now just a very expensive property management situation with a slow burn fee earning exercise for Bond Wolfe with a continuous feed of selling instructions

Zero acquistions & asset management is confined to service charge apportionment of a carve up on centres like Crewe

The size of the portfolio does not justify the head office overhead
