Well.. that’s the end of this law firm that is now destined for the bin. And those lawyers that haven’t been poached or left : no future for them as they weren’t “wanted during the cruise”.

I'm not convinced that TW's diversity case carries much weight. Diversity has become a prevailing buzzword of our era. Just as there are incompetent MPs, there are also incompetent lawyers. Some corps have more than their share.

I’ve just checked. One of my more succinct and to the point posts was “I’d rather pick up my dog’s sh*t with my bare hands than buy any of these.” I don’t think you’d call that bullish.

Didn't you invest in Ince though? Thought I recalled your username being bullish on that board a while ago. Seems a tad hypocritical if so. Perhaps you learned the lesson you're now preaching the hard way.

There has been the odd success story as far as listed law firms go - off the top of my head DWF was bought out by PE for a premium, albeit still below IPO price. On the whole though I'd agree best firms stay private for good reason. Likes of this and Ince were always bargepole territory.
