I took a look at that firm on companies house. The debts on it were staggering circa in proportion to size, ~£13m. Their model appeared to be get goods on credit, hope for a sale, reimburse creditor from revs. Seems when volumes didn't materialise, creditors came knocking. When business die, more often than not it's debt that does it, as we know.
As much as similar products, Tandem model fortunately very different, with owning everything, from stock right down to buildings. Not even a mortgage. Could be a good opp for us, in the event of administrators' firesale, to pick things up on cheap. Fewer others left standing to compete against.
In other news, I see Simon Bragg continuing to buy.
