Time to buy the dip. At least that's what I'm doing.

These indiscriminate market wide sell offs where everyone panics tend to throw up some decent entry points. Reits have undoubtedly taken a good beating on the back of gilts going haywire, but of all of them this stands out as strongest.

Management have proven very adaptable moving to growth areas like last mile delivery warehouses in addition to big sheds, can't fault them really. Blacktsone bought in here for more than today's price Now at a circa 20% discount to tangible NAV and with nearly 100% occupancy on very long leases underpinned by blue chips like Amazon, suspect that discount will narrow in coming months as share price recovers.

MD buys 24,710 shares @210p.

Insiders certainly have a lot of skin in the game here. Credit to them. Good sign.

After watching this for a while I've taken the opportunity of today's broad market sell off to buy in today. I see this as everything going for it. Rock solid balance sheet, growing revenue, just turned profitable, dream sector for these uncertain times, MOD contracts, EU investment, global defence spend only going one way, insiders buying, ticks all the boxes for me. New contract news could blow the doors off here in this febrile environment.

Consider late last year when they announced a contract extension with a Tier 1 defence company, the stock did 100%+ within 3 weeks.

With the Middle East situation rapidly escalating and being front and centre of investors' minds, it doesn't take much to imagine what will happen to the share price when market next gets news of a big contract win.

Agree guys, being just pre-production is a bit of a sweetspot to be in. Market hasn't priced any of it in. Well done to that guy making money though, that's what it's all about - but I'm sure most of us investing in these type of stocks firmly believe we are in a generational precious metals super cycle, and that if anything this temporary gold dip is presenting some prime buying opportunities.

Especially here where we're in this fairly limited window when it's effectively available only to UK investors temporarily. Doesn't take much to imagine what happens to the share price when rest of world can buy.

Very positive tweet reinforcing news on Indiana development full steam ahead. Plus that reply to a user asking about OTC listing with company reiterating 43-101 being necessary precursor and en route.

Interestingly OTC will enable those US based buyers to buy in here and will unhalt same moment as TSX. When the moment comes we'll have opened up trading to whole of North America in one hit.

The company have a team working on the 43-101 document, which is required per TSX rules. Company have been transparent about this requiremetn ever since Andacollo acquisition announced, if you check the SEDAR documents. Timeline for publication given in presentation. The scale of Andacollo means it's classed as a fundamental transaction because it's bigger than all the company's existing sites put together.

To get a sense of the sheer scale of these regulatory documents and help understand why they take time to compile, look at peers. For example NFG, another Canadian listed stock has published a couple in last 6 months.

Under technical reports, those PDFs are 43-101s. Each one for different properties that company owns. Both many hundreds of pages long.

That would be a big ask from this level. The company does have a lot going for it at this price, great sector, but the overriding concern is the wafer thin margins. Makes you wonder if they're securing these contracts by simply underbidding for them. Revenue always looks good, but that alone won't be enough to move the share price needle without corresponding bottom line.

Key thing to watch will be statutory net profit when they release full year results. Forget about EBITDA, too many costs can be bundled in, market can see right through it. Other key indicator will be cash level, see if their reason for the depletion given in interims marries up.

This really has everything going for it - arguably the only missing piece is market recognizing the distinct value on offer here. I'm certain that part's coming.

The Indiana property a very underrated part of this story.

PEA in May, production scheduled for second half of year, significant gold and copper resource already quantified.

Most gamechanging part is fact it's so underexplored to date. With it being district size and evidence of mineralization in all directions, it has massive expansion potential. They can use revenue coming in near term from production to scale this up quickly. Company have said: "Clear scale to potential multi-million ounces." A multi million ounce gold producer is big league stuff.

Then you recall this is just one part of the story, with even bigger prize Andacollo coming.

Depends on the size of your order. Try buying 20,000 or more of these and note what price you're quoted.

Mechanics of tiny freefloat as a consequence of insiders, Sprott and IIs holding so much stock. Coupled with majority of holders being in North American primary listing, rather than this secondary UK one. Not much stock to go round at the best of times.

Stockpunter2 The reason is the existing 43-101 from 2021, has to be updated to meet TSX rules. Last one also was from when Andadcollo under different ownership. Look at the SEDAR filings on Canadian exchange, will give you all the answers. It's just a necessary administrative step for compliance reasons

Agree, this is a firm hold through to production, not something you day trade. With 7 million ounces of gold at Andacollo alone and the massive forecast annual production from both Chile sites, together with wall of North American cash that's coming, the longer term upside just too great to miss.

Very promising, company extremely well positioned to benefit from this backdrop. Conditions for more contract wins haven't been this favourable since IPO.
